TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR VALETERS

1. Introduction
   These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Valeter and The Valeting Hub. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided
   Valeters are responsible for providing car valeting services as specified in the platform’s listings. Valeters must ensure that all services are performed to a professional standard.

3. Registration and Account
   Valeters must create an account on our platform, providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Payment Terms
   Valeters will receive payment for services rendered through the platform as outlined in the payment policy. Payments will be processed within a specified time frame after the completion of services.

5. Liability for Damages
   The Valeter acknowledges and agrees that they assume full responsibility for any damages caused during the provision of services. The Valeter is liable for all costs associated with damages, including but not limited to repairs, replacements, and any consequential losses. The Platform accepts no liability for any damages incurred as a result of the Valeter’s actions or omissions while providing services.

6. Indemnity
   The Valeter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform from any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages resulting from the Valeter's services, including legal fees.

7. Confidentiality
   Valeters must keep customer information and any proprietary platform data confidential. This obligation continues even after the termination of the Valeter's account.

8. Compliance with Laws
   Valeters must comply with all relevant laws and regulations governing their services, including health and safety regulations.

9. Obligations of the Valeter

   • The Valeter must maintain necessary licenses, insurance, and certifications to perform the services.

   • The Valeter must provide timely communication regarding the acceptance and execution of service requests.

10. Non-Solicitation
    Valeters agree not to solicit customers directly outside the platform for any services at any time before, during, or after their engagement with the platform.

11. Feedback and Ratings
    Customer feedback will be collected through the platform and used to improve services. Valeters are encouraged to maintain high standards to receive positive ratings.

12. Data Protection
    The platform will handle personal data in compliance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws. Valeters must also ensure that any personal data they handle is managed according to these regulations.

13. Dispute Resolution
    In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation. If unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of [specify arbitration body].

14. Force Majeure
    Neither party shall be liable for any delay or non-performance of its obligations under these Terms arising from any cause beyond its control, including, without limitation, acts of God, governmental acts, war, fire, flood, or civil commotion.

15. Termination
    The Platform reserves the right to terminate or suspend a Valeter’s account at any time if these Terms are violated or for any reason deemed necessary.

16. Annual Platform Fee
    All annual platform fees are payable in full at the time of registration and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

17. Guaranteed Work
    While the Platform will make every effort to secure work for Valeters, it does not guarantee the availability of work at any time.

18. Amendments
    The Platform reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the platform.

19. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England.

20. Entire Agreement
    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Valeter and the Platform, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.
